With the V-Zug Culinary Academy, Reto Mathis is realizing a vision. After more than 30 years as a top chef and restaurateur, he is passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation. Young talents from the valley, but also from all over Switzerland are invited to learn and benefit at the V-Zug Culinary Academy. Of course, international guests are also welcome to learn about our diverse and varied cuisine and to present it to their own guests. Amateur chefs or groups also have the unique opportunity to take a close look behind the scenes at the V-Zug Culinary Academy and cook together with top chefs.
